So much food, so much leftovers! I was kinda happy when my stuffing tasted just like how I remember my aunts tasted, I guess watching her make Christmas diner all these years has actually stuck in my head :) turkey, basted with a paste made of butter, fresh: sage, Rosemary, and thyme - stuffed with celery, and onions. Stuffing was just same spices, bread cubes, onions, celery, garlic, and baked in a pan. And I made roasted root vegetables (carrots, multicolour potatoes, turnip, and sweet potatoes ) baked in a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, dried rosemary, salt , maple syrup, and paprika. #housewifeswagger
